Description: Join our paid AmeriCorps cohort starting September and going through August of the following year. AmeriCorps is a transformational program connecting passionate leaders to community work. AmeriCorps members at NourishMKE work directly with volunteers and community members to build relationships through food.

What is AmeriCorps?

AmeriCorps, a federal program often referred to as a domestic Peace Corps, provides a number of benefits to both individuals and community agencies working to improve community health. Individuals commit to a paid year of service where they develop on-the-job skills, relationships, and a deeper understanding of the issues impacting our communities.
